SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 347(STA) "An Act                           
relating to long-term plans of certain state agencies and                      
recommendations regarding elimination of duplication in state agency           
functions" which had been held to the May 9 calendar (page 4358)               
was before the Senate in second reading.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Lincoln offered Amendment No. 1 :                                       
                                                                               
Page 2, line 8:  after "current needs,"                                        
	Insert "an explanation of needs not being met due to                          
shortage of resources,"                                                        
                                                                               
Page 2, line 12: Add a new (6):                                                
	"an explanation of the service delivery systems to rural/bush                 
Alaska including the use of field offices and centralized service              
delivery; and"                                                                 
                                                                               
Renumber accordingly.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Lincoln moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
